Roland Leal, President

Roland Leal grew up in Belle Glade, FL as the son of an engineer for the Sugarcane Growers Cooperative. He learned to fish and hunt around Lake Okeechobee from a very early age. Roland bought his first boat in 1992 only days before hurricane Andrew destroyed it! He moved to Kissimmee shortly after that, bought another boat to fish the Cape Canaveral area and has been boating ever since! He has 20 years of experience in the sales industry, 10 of those years as the top salesperson for Saturn of Orlando, where he earned a 99% customer satisfaction score. Roland enjoys offshore fishing, tournament fishing and lobstering in the pristine Keys waters with Lorie by his side.
Roland has combined his love of boats & offshore fishing together with his customer service skills to create Fish On! Boating Center.

Lorie R. Leal, Vice President

Lorie Leal is a true native Floridian, born in New Port Richey on the west coast of Florida. The daughter of a Florida Highway Patrol sergeant, she lived all over the state until her family settled in St. Cloud, a small town in Central Florida. Lorie loved to fish for bass and speckled perch on the many local lakes with her Dad on their jon boat. And Lorie's mom is an expert at fixing fried fish and cheese grits (which on a troopers budget they ate a lot)! She met Roland while working together at Saturn of Orlando, then moved with him years later to the Keys where she began here real estate career at Marr Properties in Key Largo. She is still active in real estate with select clients. Lorie enjoys offshore fishing and snorkeling the reefs with Roland and their dog Genie.
Lorie has brought her experiences from Saturn and as a top-producing Realtor & Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist with her to Fish On! Boating Center.
